Toscana Garden

A 225-apartment residential development in the 9th district knows as Toscana Garden.

With a carefully considered design and high- standard construction, special services are provided for future residents: a fitness centre and swimming pool and an inner garden designed in Tuscan style. After analysing market research that took nearly a year to conduct, the builder concluded that in the 9th district, demand is mostly for small- and mid-sized flats. The architectural firm kept this in mind over the course of its design, and created one-and –a-half-and two-room flats. Location

The Toscana Kert is located in the 9th District, in Lenhossék Street.
